Aqua, The Four Seasons
Review of Aqua, Four Seasons Hotel
Finding good food in Cairo is never a problem. There are countless restaurants, cafes, and take-away joints of all types to be had all over the city. Food in the city is usually decent and food poisoning a rare occurrence if you stay away from stalls on the street. However, if you are looking for a transcendent dining experience in Cairo, there are relatively few places to go…. And, as of the writing of this review, one restaurant tops them all - Aqua at the Four Seasons Hotel in Garden City, Cairo.
One does not generally think of fine Japanese dining in Egypt, yet this little slice of heaven on the 2nd floor of the Four Seasons is an example of the best Japanese-Fusion cuisine, period.
